Physiotherapy procedures are also used to adapt athletes to new conditions during transmeridial flights.

The basic principle of manual therapy is a deep study of muscles, vertebrae, intervertebral discs, joints, ligaments only with the hands. It allows you to eliminate pinched nerves, restore mobility of the spine, and much more, which we will talk about below.
Nowadays, many people suffer from back pain, neck pain, back pain. Many do not even think about treatment, someone goes to massage, but the most effective way, nevertheless, is manual therapy, which, unlike massage, will help cure those diseases that cause pain in a person.
Manual therapy, or literally, “treatment with hands”, includes diagnostic and therapeutic manipulations aimed at detecting and subsequent correction of disorders in the musculoskeletal system of the body.
During a manual therapy session, blocks in the joints or their increased mobility, a violation of muscle symmetry, areas of hypertonicity and weakening are detected. With the help of manual techniques – stretching, displacement, twisting and pushing – the doctor returns bones and joints to a physiological position.
The chiropractor restores the “mechanics” of the musculoskeletal system, tries, as much as possible, to restore the correct position of the intervertebral discs, restores mobility to the joints and the spine.
The main “working area” of the manual is the joints, mainly the intervertebral ones. A session of work with a patient is as follows: the patient is in a lying or sitting position, and the doctor, with precise movements, tries to return the vertebra or joint to its normal position, which is accompanied by characteristic clicks.
